In addition, the company assists in the development of office buildings, entertainment facilities, multistory complexes and hotels. Culp & Tanner offers design and build solutions. It serves customers in the residential construction market. Culp & Tanner operates Ram International, which has developed a software product for the design of steel structures under the RamSteel name. Its projects include the Burbank Gateway Center and Red Rock Station West.
