So yesterday I took my mom to Aaron's to buy a new couch. We walked into the store and the lady asked what we were looking for. My mom said she came in for a couch. The lady started asking questions about color, size, we said we would just like to walk around and check them out. She gave us a dirty look and walked away. We found the couch that we wanted, went to the counter and she said they were out of that one. We were bummed. So we continued to walk around and found another one, plus we also found a bed set. I asked the woman at the store some questions, she then asked if we had an account. I told her I had an account a few years ago, my account was paid off... (over $5000 in furniture) but told he it was gonna be under my moms account since it's for her house and she's paying for it. We walked up to the counter, she asked us to fill out the paperwork. In that process she asked if I lived at my address, so that means she looked my account up. I told her yes that's my address. While we were filling out the references I told my mom to put one of my drivers down cause I knew he would give a good reference and also would answer the phone. The woman took the paperwork to the back of the store, came back and said that she would have to wait to talk to her manager. I asked why? She said there was an issue on MY account. I said how? My account is paid off. She just stared at me. Then said she can't do anything until she talks to her manager. I asked her if the manager was in, she said no. So I asked her if they will call us after she talked to the manager. Sh said yes. So we left, we were upset because my account shouldn't affect my mom buying furniture. So this morning I call Aaron's and talk with the manager, I explained what had happened. He said there was an issue with my account. I asked him if it was paid off? He said yes. I ask d him what the issue was, he said his computer wouldn't tell him. I was talking to my drivers and one of my drivers asked what she looked like? I told him and he said yea she has a problem with us because Browns Towing had impounded her boyfriends car multiple times. My mom calls them and asked them what was going on, the manager told her that there was no issue with my account, that the woman working told him that we were "abrasive." So the manager lied to me and said they couldn't sell any furniture to me because of These unknown "issues." But really it was because this woman was upset at who I worked for. Is this really Aaron's policies? You not only lost out on over $3000 in current sales, but also any future sales from me! Aaron's you should really train your employees to leave their personal business at the door, they just cost you a lot of money!
The main guy adam wasone of most inappropriate people ive met also to my wife made her cry an told us that they dont want or need our money , an he is allowed to do what ever he wants also know that he is dating the girl at the front dest , one reason they both talk to an treat customer's like the way they do anyone else having this prob get back at me an we can all go to better business bureau
Go somewhere else!!!! They called me for a reference on someone and they didn't make sure the phone was hung up all the way and I have about ten minutes on my voice mail of them bashing the person they were calling me about. I called them back to talk to them about it and they were very rude. I asked for corporate number and their response was I have nothing more to say about this matter and hung up on me. They called me back wanting to hear this so called voice mail I have. When I put it on speaker and they heard it all they can say is im sorry after they pretty much called me a liar. Got corporate number off of the web and they don't answer their phone. So its time to go to the local newspaper and news
WTh ave leased 2 times from arons with no problems at all. We recently leased items on line with a signed 2 year agreement. When we went in to get the items they changed the agreement saying they can't Honor The signed contract. The manager adam was very rude wouldn't give a reason why he wouldn't honor the contract except for saying california dos not have to honor online contracts be very careful working with Adam as he threatens his customers.
Go elsewhere. They are rude. Adam the manager was unprofessional and rude. This is one place where the customer is never right. I paid for a couch and a table. They delivered the table and when I went in a month after to find out why they had not delivered the couch yet they said they told us 3-5 months! A bold face lie! To top it all I disputed the charge on my credit card and they came and took the table and two weeks after charged my card for $850.00 and so now I sit on my floor with nothing while they try to take my money
Awesome customer service! have bought several items from them now. had a issue with my laptop they went out of there way to take care of it. will defiantly buy from again when needed
I've been an Aaron's customer for about a year now and Aaron's have always treated me like a part of their family. I know I pay more for the item in the long run but it's worth not having to shell out all the money at once and I only have to make small monthly payments for it with no credit check. When my tv wasn't working properly Sierra was so helpful making sure it was fixed fast and I even got a loaner tv while I was waiting for mine to be fixed (you can't get that at a best buy). That alone is worth the extra money to me right there because if I would have bought the item at bestbuy I would have had to spend lots of money on the repair or had to go through the hassle of contacting Sharp but they did it all for me. I just paid off my tv early and I am definitely going back!!! I always recommend them to my friends and family and luckily I get $10 off every time I do ;)

Aaron's is great I would recommend them to anyone!! Every time I walk in the door Sierra makes me feel so welcome and at home. I actually look forward to going in every month to make my payment because of the excellent customer service and the free water. I can't afford to buy a whole living room and bedroom at once but for both I only spend $180 a month for everything and they report on my credit. They have made one very happy customer!
So unfrofessional! They dilivered my furniture ruined! torn scratched on the leather and stained! They really like to argue with you and use profanity to innocent costomers. We gave our furniture back as soon as we could and still didn't get even half of our money back! But now we are happily in business with Evans furniture:) very professional and our furniture was properly and carefully divered beautifully. Buy bye arron's I really hope you get sued one day and are soon enough put out of business. Hope no one else has to experience this .
Tryed to get a job but vanessa had told me on the phone that there was a show room job but when i got there she had told me there was no way she could put me in the show room because of how i look and talk i am sorry but not every one can talk as fast a her
I think these people are professional scam artis they charge 2 time the amount the item costed what a rip off
Beware items in show room have been spoiled on due to a child that runs around the show room
