My wife and I had Dr. Schipel four times fax our mail order in, Doctor office said they have received four confirmations. But Mail order said they never received it. So they asked that we have the Doctor call them, so my Wife went to doctors office personally had Susan type it in and she read it back to my wife, she had both #'s put in gave the Doctor the # to call 800-378-5697. they told us twice they called, mail order has not received any calls,
I am a Type 1 Diabetic needing both Insulin's and test strips. ASAP, So I do not have to keep getting free samples from the Doctor, ( I have sent this message to our mail order company) I would just have the doctor call but they want us to make an appointment. I just can not believe mail order is just ignoring them on purpose.
