They advertise 24 hour service but it's a complete joke! Our ac went out on a Friday evening. We called because of the advertised 24 hr service including weekends. Someone called us back and tried to give advice over the phone so he wouldn't have to come out. He promised that if it didn't work he would come out Monday morning. It didn't work, we called Sunday night and left a msg. Got a call back Monday morning and were told that it would probably be Thursday.
