The owner was on site when I went in and he has extremely helpful. I needed my watch fixed, which is hard to get done at the mall. Rick took alot of time to explain my options and the differences in prices. I also ended up buying my wife a birthday present, a custom made bracelet at a price that rivaled those of the larger jewelers. He even said I could bring it back and exchange it if my wife didn't like it.
