If you want to pay a lot of money for crap this is the place to go!! I got a set of chairs and patio table as a house warming gift for the patio. It quickly started chipping and falling apart. I check and it had a extended warranty on it. Up to14 years. It was by Woodard. In order to do a claim I had to send in pictures and let them know my concerns. I did and chairking said Woodard would send paint for me to fix it. I was not happy with that. The set was over $1200 and was around a year old. It had been chipping since the second month we had it. I complained but chairking ignored me. Finally after 3 emails they responded and said I had abused the furniture and Woodard would not fix or replace it. They said I had abused it because I left it on the patio and the wind tipped it over. I had several run ins with the people at chairking in Katy and they were extremely rude. They kept saying how it's up to Woodard and if I got a dent in my car the dealership wouldn't fix it. We'll actually they would as I have a dent warranty on my car! Just like I have a warranty on my table. My mom bought patio furniture at garden ridge in 2004 and it's still going strong at a third of the price. I will never shop at chairking and I recommend you don't either. You would be better off flushing your money down the toilet!!
