Dont even know where to start. My daughter went here for over a year. I wish someone had told us daycare wasn't supposed to be this awful. I had just assumed this was standard and the best I could hope for. Despite that they never had enough staff. Or at the end of the day my kid would be crying for food - but not allowed to eat anything other than the daycare provided food which were clearly not meeting her needs - not willing to even brainstorm other ways. They force all kids onto one nap a day much too young and for months my daughter was tired and cranky and the only thing she would do when we got home was cry until we put her to bed. Or that they constantly made up rules and never found a way to work with you to solve a problem. They blew off my concerns which turns out were correct. Or when I finally managed to get in touch with the regional director to let her know my concerns she told me she didn't care and hung up on me. And they never returned our things or refunded us money.
Do NOT send your children here. The care is bad. Always short staffed. Place is filthy. The management awful. But the worst part: the regional director had no interest in discussing my concerns about the care the children received. If I had an upset parent, I would at least want to know what the issues were so I could look into them and make things better for the children and families. Or at least pretend. Instead I met a very nasty, rude women who told me a lot of lies and then hung up on me.
