Bad customer service regarding the worldwide customers. I purchased online in 2017 and I had to pay an extra of 100€ for the tax clearance (that was not mentioned by cincity collection during and after the order on the website or by email). I sent several emails and left comments on the IG account, I was offered a refund of the tax clearance but never received it for they blocked me from the IG account(she does not appreciate negative comments). It is very expensive regarding the poor quality of the products. If you want to purchase worldwide, run away from it!

First of let me say the hair braider was cool. She did her thing. She ask if it was too tight or loose. She really act as if she cares about the customer head. But there you go the the styles dont care about how the customer feels. On your head all rough rude have you in there for hours For 45 minute hairstyles. Not professional at all i guess she put her favorite customer before the new ones. The atmosphere is ghetto. Dont no one wants anyone yell over there head while getting there hair done. I support anything that black people do but when it comes down respect you must have. Its like the hairstyle had a problem with her new customer. Like she dont wanna do their hair. Also the bundles i bought with the closer. A dam mess i could have went to the beauty supply for this. It tangle it looks bad period. Just got my hair done and a woman ask me how long i had the hair a waste of my time and money. Yes her Instagram looks good. But in reality she do to much and feeling her self. Every customer counts not just your favorite ones. I sat there and watch her sale the same bundles two different prices. How she sewed my hair in so tight i know when i take this down. My hair is coming out too. I believe she done it on purpose. So if you want your hair and your time not wasted just go somewhere eles.
