Great auto repair shop. I brought my car in and it was fixed the same day, they even gave me a ride to and from work, now that's service I can get behind. They identified another problem with my car while it was there, but didn't pressure me to fix it and just told me to be aware that there was a concern that will need to be addressed in the future. I've never had a shop ask me if I wanted to get something fixed beforehand and not imediately pressure me into doing it! Its nice to make an appt though since they're pretty popular, but its easy to get in, in one day. I ended up spending less than they had initially told me and they were great at explaining everything that they did to the car and why the charges were a certain amount. This is the place I'll go from now on in Chicago.

Another bonus, they will SHOW you what's what on your car, give you a solid assessment of your car's prognosis and help keep your car safe and on the road.

I highly recommed them, have taken numerous vehicles here to have them diagnosed and repaired. I feel they are very honest and knowledgeable with all types of cars. Anytime I need something looked at, they are who I call because I trust them. They are always easy to deal with and I have been more than satisfied each time I have used them.

Took my Toyota to them for a check engine light, A/C recharge & oil change. Impressed to say that they took care of the car & the person. Turns out, there was nothing wrong w/ the A/C & they didn't even charge me $40. for the diagnostic test, because they determined w/o it that my A/C was fine. They found the cause of the water that had accumulated in the passenger-side floorboard & they took the time to help me understand my vehicle better in the future. I really appreciated the good-neighbor-ly feel to the whole process. Thanks to all at Triangle.
