I am not the easiest person to please, so when I call and am greeted with Hi Mary, I am impressed. At Lawrence Auto Werks you are treated like you are their only customer. Sonny always has a smile and is quick to get me in and out. Their prices are the best. The facility is clean and comfortable. Sonny will follow up with you during and after the service. The extended hours are great for me as I live in the city and work in the suburbs. I have had to return for the same issue only once and it was an issue with the part, not the service. It was an extensive job and Sonny worked around my schedule. So if you want superb service, excellent customer service and very competitive pricing, Lawrence auto Werks is the place to go.
