Founded in 1953, Sterling Spring is a custom spring manufacturer with plants in Chicago and Jackson, Mich. Its spring manufacturing capabilities include torsion springs, compression springs, extension springs, stampings, wire forms as well as four slides and assemblies. The company has experience with custom spring manufacturing from prototyping to large production runs. Each of Sterling customer works one-on-one with their account manager to turn ideas and concepts into quality manufactured springs. Its 50,000-square-foot plant has the capabilities for custom spring, wire form and metal stamping projects. Sterling can manage custom manufactured spring production from prototyping to its experienced secondary department, by duplicating a client s product samples or redesigning them.
