Well I am getting ready to move out of this place over all I had a ok time living here. The maintenance guy to me was friendly and everything got done in a timely manor he was friendly and trustworthy he kept the building clean inside and out.The office was a not that great i waited for days on a reply on things i needed to talk to manager about and when i did i felt like I was on my toes she is not friendly at all , and the rent was always sent on time around the 27th of every mounth and still had to pay a late fee so would i come back no the only reason is i hate giving money away, this place loves to charge late fees even when you send your rent on time and the manager needs to fix her self those are my 2 issues that will stop me from coming back.

DONT MOVE HERE. The agent that manages this building, Sylvia is so rude to the point where she makes you feel like you're stupid for renting an apartment there. I dont know if she hates her job or she's just naturally evil. If you want rest of mind in an apartment you pay money (alot of money)to live in, DONT MOVE HERE.

I'm surprised to be the first to write a review, I hear many tenant complaints. I give them 2 stars for many reasons. 1. Management is horrible. Sylvia is rude, very dry, and out of the office ALOT. When she is in the office its only during regular working hours 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. 2. Maintenance is horrible. Things never get done on time and the guy doesn't have a clue as to what he's doing, usually resorting to numerous calls to fix the same issue. 3. I think this should really be number 1. Rent is paid my mailing your check to a mailbox and your check must be received in that mailbox by the 5th of every month. If the post office has delays its not their problem you will be charged a late fee. I don't know any other management companies still handling rent payments this way, honestly I think its to get more money from tenants. Their recommendation is to mail your check on the 20th of every month "to make sure it gets there on time" 4. Poorly renovated. Reached my Max

3 words, DONT MOVE HERE. Sylvia, the leasing agent will be your worst nightmare.
