I have been a customer at this location for many years. In the early years the furniture for rent/sale was in very good to excellent condition. Under new management for the past 2-3 years, the items for rent/sale are in not-so-good condition, there are no "new" items for rent/sale unless you purchase a television. Example, my refrigerator of 13 years went on the blink, the freezer stopped freezing, it was inthe middle of the summer, I called rentacenter to get a refrigerator on a rush basis. They delivered a refrigerator right away and I was told that I could always get a newer model whenever I decided to becasue I have been trading with them for such a long time. I called to get a newer model was told that for a stainless steel refrigerator they would apply what I had paid into the current refrigerator to the new one the weekly fee would be higher. That was ok but the fridge they brought me was battered, drawers were broken, so I did not get it. I am stuck with a lopsided fridge.
