- DivorceWe are very pleased to announce that Attorney Nicole Centracchio is now available to serve clients in the greater Las Vegas area and can help with any family law and divorce needs in Nevada.
- Child SupportEveryone would agree that children have expensive needs and require support. However, the amount of child support that should be paid is frequently an issue of intense debate. Although child support may seem obvious and simple to the casual observer, having a seasoned practitioner on your side can mean a substantial difference in your bank balance over time.
- Child Custody and VisitationUsing the Hague Convention process, Reed, Centracchio & Associates, LLC can provide the legal help you need when involved in an international child custody dispute or child abduction case. The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction is a multilateral treaty among member nations that oversees such cases. It provides a process designed to return a child to their country of residence after being wrongfully removed or retained in another country in violation of established custody orders.
- Premarital AgreementIf failing to plan is truly planning to fail, then prenuptial agreements are a critical component of a successful marriage and, should the unexpected happen, a successful divorce. At Reed, Centracchio & Associates, LLC, we have drafted many prenuptial agreements for clients in Chicago, Hinsdale, Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, and Kane County.
- Spousal SupportMediation is often ordered by the courts when divorcing parties cannot come to acceptable agreements on matters of children, alimony, or marital property division. In mediation, you and your spouse will work with a neutral third party (the mediator) to problem-solve your issues in search of a resolution that is acceptable and workable for you both.
- Legal SeparationLife and your marriage are going through some major changes. If you're wondering whether or not you really want to divorce your spouse, or if you want a legal separation, you might ask yourself, "Do I really want to divorce my spouse? How do I respond? Where can I find help? Would I even be able to move out or pay support? What are my legal rights? How is divorce and legal separation handled in Illinois? What are my rights and responsibilities?" If you're unsure where to begin, our divorce lawyers in Chicago are ready to help.
