Do NOT use this company. They diagnosed small, unrelated problems and charged $500 at a time before I spoke to another company and my home inspector to diagnose the real problem. Incompetent and unable to keep appointment times. Didn't return my calls for over a week at a time on two "emergency" occasions. Lied about their reputation and qualifications. Unbelievable waste of time on my two properties.
