They have fixed every camcorder problem I have thrown at them from screens to zooms tonew recording drums to plugs they have fixed it. Once they get the part in it is usually donewithin a few days. The last thing I had them fix was a plug and as soon as the part came in.I brought the camcorder in and they fixed it within an hour! Not cheap but they do a free estimate. Recommended.
