I was both insulted and angry when the owner of this place turned me away when I returned to get help on some very pricey pair of prescription sunglasses that I purchased from him. He claims that the lens on the sunglasses warped due to sun or heat! keyword: sunglasses



What can you say when confronted with this kind of arrogance and ignorance from a business owner? He flatly refused to deal with me and my wallet and frame popping lens! For the record, I can see that the lens failed because it fits poorly on the frame due to poor workmanship. The lens is custom ordered from Oakley and needed to be cut by the owner for the frame I chose. When compared to the other lens, the problematic one has irregular grind marks and shape.



I was impressed by the quality and friendly service by the lady(wife of owner) who sold me the sunglasses. Too bad, I'll never step foot in this place again. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

I purchased an expensive brand name prescription sunglasses at this place right before I left for vacation. One of the lens began to pop out on the same week of my purchase. When I returned from vacation, I went back to get some help and I was turned away by the owner! He claims that the lens on my sun glasses is warped because of sun or heat. I was both angry, insulted and dumbfounded by the ignorance! It's too bad because I really like the sales person who sold me the sunglasses. She was very nice and professional. I won't ever go back here. I won't recommend this place to anybody.
