I purchased my first Pocket Puppy, a Shih Tzu, 3 years ago from Pocket Puppies. Today I purchased my second puppy, a ShihTzu. The owner was very nice and gave us a "companion discount". So far the two are getting along fabulously and we couldn't be happier.
Buying my first dog, a Yorkshire Terrier from Pocket Puppies, was a great experience. The girls working there answered all my questions prior to my decision. It was a relaxed atmosphere and they have a nice puppy area to hold the puppies. Before purchasing Pierre I had to "qualify" with a few questions from the staff. Then I had an orientation on feeding and genral care. The small teacups require extra care and I had to buy cetain supplements. You are also obligated to take the puppy to Pocket Puppies vet for a free physical so you can warrantee your puppy for a year.
I purchased a French Bulldogs from Pocket Puppies in January. I did a little investigating and I expected to find bad breeders as stated on so many blogs and review sites. Every breeder they use has a very good inspection record. In fact I could find any with bad records or even a blemish! I can't give 5 stars because I've only had my puppy for a few months but I am happy so far.

I did my research bfore buying my teacup poodle at Pocket Puppies. They were very helpful and informative about the care for my Poodle and I had to have a 45 minute training session before i took her home. So far she is doing great i will update in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
We were looking for a teacup for my Mother for Mother's Day. we spent four months doing our homework on different pet stores, rescue organizations, etc. before settling on Pocket Puppies. At the time we only saw good information on this place; and our first experiences there were positive.
The dog they sold us is not only NOT a teacup AT ALL, but their response when we contacted them about our issue was as if WE were the bad guys! I have never seen such a low level of customer service before - And all we were asking for was an apology at that point. We understand that sometimes, things happen that are out of their control.
Not only did they sell us a dog that three different people assured us would be a teacup and no more than 4 pounds but we also purchased a carrier and clothing. During the purchase we asked several different people if she would outgrow the carrier and each one said NO. That carrier fit our dog for less than a MONTH before it was too small for her! The clothing lasted two weeks before it was too small!
This is NOT a situation where we are upset because our dog grew to be a little bigger than expected or a different color than they thought - our dog is only six months old and she's already 10 pounds and several inches taller than our other (regular) chihuahua. Even before she started growing our veternarian was suspicious that she was not a teacup chihuahua - now we have confirmation from two different experts.
You would think a reputable company would at least follow up with a complaint but no - we had to contact them THREE times and finally when we sent a letter via certified mail they responded. They were rude and condescending and obviously not concerned about their reputation or customer's satisfaction.
We actually contacted the breeder who sold Pocket Puppies the dog and they confirmed that the dog was NOT a teacup and never should be advertised as one.
Anyone considering this place should turn around and go elsewhere! Do not give them your money or your time, and do NOT trust a word that they say! I will not stop until everyone has heard my story. There are stories like this all over the internet, I caution anyone debating on getting a dog to go elsewhere.

I purchased a puppy here a couple of months ago and it's a super great puppy. She trained real fast and has a great personality. PP was real helpful and they answered all our questions they really know small dogs.
