Hello and welcome, I am excited to tell you about myself and my company PHD Heating & Cooling. I am originally from Ukraine, where I earned my PHD in Technical Sciences, and became a "Professor of Heating & Air Conditioning" and lecturer. Now I have been here for 10 years as a licensed HVAC contractor. I am happy to be here and offer my services and expertise to this community.
