This place was TERRIBLE. The customer service is horrendous, it's as if you're bothering them by calling to rent a vehicle. I will NEVER rent from them again and I would definitely recommend NOT to rent from them. I don't think they even deserve a star but it was required to post the rating.

A few friends and I wanted to take a short trip and we rented our car from Paragon. It was really clean ran great - good gas mileage and ready when we wanted it. Paragon gave us a great price and we were able to use my insurance so there was no extra charges. We had a great experience from Paragon. I would definitely rent from then again.

Nice guys, brothers that own the pl;ace. Asked the right questions to get us into the van we needed. We went a little bigger then we went in there to rent and they were right - it was perfect for our needs and pocket book - we made our whole trip and never paid any mileage. It worked out for us perfectly. Clean well maintained vechicles. and the check in of the car only took a few minutes. Definately recomend renting from Paragon Van Rental. Thanks guys! Raf

I like the idea of speaking right with the owners instead of some big chain and to be honest I just called for the heck of it. I didn't think I could afford to rent, but it came out really cheep and made the trip with four girls much nicer! Michael one of the owners helped me - ask for him he gave me a great deal. Nice clean place too.

I have been renting from Paragon Auto Leasing Company for many years. I rent a large passanger van every summer to take my family on vacation. I have never had any mechanical problems with the vans I've rented. The service is exceptional! The company is family owned and the two brothers that I do business with are professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Paragon to anyone looking for great service and quality rentals.
