I came here to buy an mp3 on black Friday and walked out with a mini tablet instead. The cashier who took me was very friendly and talked me into a 2 yr warranty. He did not state however that if I were to return the product, a stocking fee would be charged. A few days later I decided to return the item. Yes I had opened it to see it. It hadn't even been in my hands for 10 minutes. The cashier was nice but called her manager over. She explained the situation and he just rudely said "nope we can't return it, it's been opened I can't take it back" I told him calmly that I hadn't used it much I just wanted to see the product and that I hadn't registered the product with the warranty or anything. He opens the box and says " yeah its been opened, look at this it has smudges on it it's been touched" the smudge was fairly small. Nothing a wipe couldn't fix. He was so rude and frankly he's the reason I won't be shopping there again. The cashier said she could return it but I'd have to pay a restocking fee. Wish they would let us know that before we buy so we won't have to deal with rude managers. Very dissatisfied.
