If I could place a zero on this company I would. I had them move me from the city to the burbs, my stuff was in storage for 2 months. Once everything was unpacked over half of my stuff was missing! Clothes, jewelry, furniture,..etc.....I believe since they knew my stuff was going into a storage unit, which was not theirs, as they packed up my stuff, they stole all my expensive stuff...NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I used the Chicago branch of this company but most of my complaints are from the New York office. Extremely poor customer service in Chicago office, especially NYC office. Filed a claim (for 4/28 move), finally received a release on 5/21, returned on 6/1, still waiting (7/9) for my check for items they lost during my move. Gotten the run-around from customer service, including the "manager". Will not use again.
