I am not a big fan of dentists. I hesitantly made an appointment for a check-up and cleaning due to my awful memories of dental visits. During my pregnancy, I had to go a dentist, after trying hard to find a good place and a good dentist, I discovered Midway Square Dental Center. Now, I am a huge fan of Dr. Nihal who makes me feel completely at ease. She is very kind and skilled. She is quick and thorough. She checks in with me during my procedures to make sure I am doing OK and do not feel any pain. I feel comfortable and well taken care of during all my visits.Everyone here is awesome. Everything about my experience has been great. The office is very clean and welcoming; they have TVs in the exam rooms, and a dedicated staff who knows what they are doing. The receptionist is polite and cordial. They have a great Hygienist. She does a great job.This is the place, I really want to go with my kids, so they would not have any dentist phobia and any bad memories...

I am a patient at Midway Square Dental since 2003. When Dr. Nihal Bicakci came she's allways been very nice and friendly. I am on invisalign know and she explained everything and answered every question i had about the treatment. The best thing about the clinic is that if you don't have insurance they have payment plans for everyone with carecredit.

Durring my last visit with Dr. Bicakci she was very detailed when she explained the treatment I received. She also took the time to explain future treatments and made great suggestions on what I needed to have done for good dental care.In addition, parking is so convenient!

I'm so glad I was referred by a coworker to this dental center. It's at convenient location, very close to my job. Hours are flexible, I was able to go on my lunch break & back at work in a timely manner. Before I received any treatment, I had a consultation & yes it was very thorough. Dr. Hirant Bicakci explained the entire treatment & costs. The staff is very professional & friendly, I look forward to a long lasting relationship.

The most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to.Three appointments before I could get my teeth cleaned. My first appt. I went in and was taken to the Dentist's office where he should me a video about Invisalign. I interrupted him during the video and asked about my appt with the hygienist he then told me she wasn't in till later. I got up and left made a appt for a cleaning the next week. My second attempt I came in (on time) and waited 45 min. When someone finally came to get me I was put in the room, given a bib watched the same invisalign video over and over. 20 minutes later I was told that I would be able to have my cleaning. The other appointments ran late and they were closing shortly. 3rd time I finally got a cleaning but no dental exam. He walked in and again asked if I wanted my teeth straightened. The equipment in the office isn't even that up to date. Also if you look closely at the billing they charge you for their overhead plastic coverings etc. I go to A

Everyone in here is awesome. They definitely know what you need and they are very sensitive about your budget. They let you know about the plan and how much you have to pay. There is no surprise!!!

I don't even know where to begin, my mother went there to get a tooth pulled over a month ago, till this day she is still knumb from her face. When we followed up, Dr. Hirant Bicakcisaid that she would be like this for two months. We have received second opinions and they all say the same thing, they never really have heard of a person's face being knumb for that long, unless the dr. damaged her nerves. We went to the emergency room and thats exactly what the ER dr. stated. That the Dr. seem to have injured her nerves in her mouth. Now she has to see neurologist that is going to cost her an arm and a leg just because of an IDIOT dr. that of course will not admit that he MESS HER FACE UP. When she drinks something it falls off from the side of her face and she is still going through a LOT of pain. Please stay AWAY from this place. The receptionists and dental assistants are nice women and the office is nice, but the dr. is going to butcher you!

Most dental offices try to make the client comfortable by providing a TV with access to entertainment or news. At this office, however, there is a TV in every room, and every TV shows nothing but videos about the dental services they offer. Whenever I had an appointment, I could count on having my work or day interrupted at least twice by someone trying to fill in a cancellation, "Can you come at this time instead?" No, I can't, I schedule my appointments around my job, not around your cancellations, thank you very much. The dentists rotate in and out of this place like a revolving door. And the last straw was when I was seated in a dental chair, dental procedure videos in front of me and I waited for 30 minutes with not so much as an "I'm sorry, the dentist is dealing with an emergency, is there anything we can get you?" until I finally told them I was leaving, and the desk clerk haughtily tole me she could not "dismiss" me. I told her I am an adult and I can dismiss myself.

I've been going to Midway Dental since they opened, and the care there is amazing. They are thoroughly professional. The dentists are remarkably well-educated, keeping up-to-date with the latest procedures. Their office is impeccably clean- which really matters to me- and they use all the newest equipment.They have an easy and efficient staff, which really frees me from having to think about insurance issues. I feel taken care of on every level.I brought my mother in for some major cosmetic dentistry- which they say is their specialty- and she now smiles like a movie star! Great!
