I generally really like Lowe's but this particular store is AWFUL. The customer service is non-existent. Countless phone calls and no one seems to know anything about our order. They faxed me some forms to sign and did not include a cover page or even include a return fax #!!!! When I called to get one, they put me on hold for ten minutes and then I was disconnected!! Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

Please go elsewhere if you actually expect to receive customer service. I hate that we try and service stores in our neighborhoods and yet you still receive poor service. The store manager is also unhelpful and very unprofessional. You pay cash money for new products and services and they deliver junk to you-tell you it is "AS IS" and they do nothing to correct the problem. If they are going to continue to do business this way, they should replace this store with a Menards or some other store where you can receive quality service.
