I used this company to replace all my windows and choosing them was a bad decision. Very poor performance from all of them. Their so called “project manager” has not clue how to properly measure windows on newer houses. Standards industry state that windows should be ¼ less then interior opening, in my case at least two of them have about one inch gap on the sides. He is also misleading you in everything he says, and if you point out the reality, he changes the story. Their installers are some sloppy unskilled amateurs that did a lot of damage. You have to be behind them all the time and show them what they missed – like a crooked window. The product itself is extremely poor quality, one window does not even open all the way, and others are not sealed properly generating condensation all the time, regardless of the temperature outside or inside. At some of the windows, you can feel a draft between sashes; some windows have corners that are not welded right. I’ve tried to talk to the manager/owner unsuccessfully, their office‘s front desk employee is just like all of them. If you do a quick search on Cook County Circuit Court, you’ll find out that they’ve been sued several times this year alone. That tells you a lot about their business practices. STAY AWAY FROM LOHAN WINDOWS!
