Not a very friendly agency. Said they would follow up and then no call. Sent people that did not speak very good English

This is the worst business ever! We started having problems with the care taker, she started making up lies about our family and also put her two cents in for family issues when it wasn't her place. We tried to get get her replaced but she told all the other care takers at this company not to take the job. We were in the process of finding another company when she came to my grandma's house one day and said she was quitting and didn't give a notice. We had no one to replace her yet, so she completely abandoned my grandma and my bed bound grandpa. She only stayed for half the shift. There were so many issues with her; she had an allergic reaction to something she ate and accused my grandma of poisoning her. Before she left for half the shift she also took all of my gram's pills out of the boxes that are labeled Monday-Friday and left them on the counter. My gram didn't notice this until after she was gone. There is too much to type, but know this, the company stood by her 100% and feels she did nothing wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
