Horrible customer service I was looking for a prom dress with my friends and as soon as I walk in the door I start looking. When I find a dress that I like the lady immediately tells me that its a size right n that I'm no where near that size. Honestly when people say that us teens should be respectful to adults. Where is the example? Rude and awful place never again will I get anything from here and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family not to come to this store, hopefully they will close down this store

I did not purchase my dress from this store, but I wish I had. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at several other Chicago land bridal shops. Going to Jackie's made a bad experience good. Both Jackie and her mother made us feel comfortable and never once turned us away. I would highly recommend Jackie's to any one in the area.

I had my wedding 5 years ago. I bought my dress at Jackie's and I was very happy with the choice I've made. The service was great, the dress arrived on time. The dress was beautiful and not to expensive, that time I've paid around $1000
