I was at the salon this past Saturday, and Melissa Messer gave me a wonderful haircut. She is incredibly efficient and also equally friendly and knowledgable. So happy to be a Gordon salon patron, every experience with Melissa is perfect. Love the vidal sasson cuts I receive!

The facial was great, very relaxing and my skin felt awesome afterward. My only complaint is I paid with a gift card, they would not allow me to put my tip on the gift card, nor run my credit card seperately just for the tip. I have 0 cash on me (like most people) and I had to leave without giving a tip - felt horrible. They should update their system to account for this.

Brittany was an excellent esthetician! I loved the foot soak at the start of my session and the cooling mask! My skin feels great right now :)

The staff is lovely, it is the most relaxing experience to get a head massage before my service and then a hand massage at the end. Very friendly, good attention to details and a great price for a haircut I'm really happy with. I recommend to all!

Amanda is always booked and always has several customers there waiting for her. But, the staff you have is always willing to help her out, get people ready or on to the next step, or kill some time with a head/hand massage. My hair is SUPER thick and seriously takes like 30 minutes to blow-dry, but she always does it without getting aggravated or looking like she is in a rush to get to the next person. She is always happy to see/talk to me and even if 3 months went by, she remembers what we talked about last time (that always amazes me). I always love my haircut and/or dye job, and will keep coming back! Thanks! (ps...having free wireless is really nice, and helps with the waiting time!)

Friendly, laid back service from start to finish. Wonderful stylist and really listens. A nice touch was a scalp massage before my haircut. I was offered a hand massage and it was wonderful. I have been to really "fancy" salons who overcharge and Gordon Salon is overall ten times better!!!

Melissa is wonderful. She's good about asking lots of questions and making my haircut a team effort. I have alot of say in the cuts she makes before she makes them. It's not like before where I would just give my hairstylist a picture and say...do this. Then they would. She discusses what I would do when I'd style it and explain what she's doing before she cuts my hair off. Plus, the conversation is totally worth it.
