When Fred did the cleaning itself, it was a very good job. For my second cleaning, three rooms, he sent a crew of two men. I was not even told that Fred, himself, was not doing the cleaning. The job was very poor. One carpet was still soiled, and in all three rooms the carpet appeared matted and felt rougher than before the cleaning. Fred called several times last minute, usually on the weekend, to stop by and look at the unsatisfactory job. I was not available for 2 of the 3 attempts. He failed to show up for the third one. He said he could not make a firm appointment to come back out. After two months, he still had not come out and hung up on me when I told him how totally dissatisfied I was.
