Aviv is superb. He keeps our cars running well and I feel I can trust his recommendations 100 percent.

I passed by this shop several times on the way to work, but it always looked too busy to stop in for oil change. The other day I had a flat tire and went in. Was very pleased by the owner, Aviv, who really took care of me despite how busy the place was.Excellent service and patience--hey, it takes a lot to explain a car problem to me:)) Will only come here from now on!

Factory Muffler is a stress free place for any repair needed on your car. Aviv and his crew are great! I have been getting my cars serviced at Factory Muffler for many years and they have never ripped me off and have always done a great job at a resonable price, in fact I travel many miles because I know I can trust them. There have been times I have witnessed an opprotunity for Aviv to take advantage of someone who does not know about cars but he never did.
