Amanda and Ray (and everyone else) were very helpful and friendly! They let me bring my old dog, Lucy, in there while I was booking and were super nice to her. Amanda stood outside in the cold with me while we loaded up Lucy and while I stood on the phone with my credit card company. Each time I called to extend my reservation, they were friendly and gave me no problems. The car worked great, was only $21 a day with unlimited mileage, and it was fairly close to my house. I had a great experience and I'll definitely be using Enterprise, specifically this location, again. :)

Did not have the car we reserved even though they called the day before to confirm. I told them they need to communicate with me instead of my hard of hearing grandmother but refused until they saw it was pointless . Extremely Unorganized! Try a different location

First time renting at this particular location and must admit was pleasantly surprised. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE is not extinct! The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had to leave and come back and interacted with different staff members but experienced the same great interaction. Did I mention in and out in a timely manner? This location has become my new FAVE!!

The customer service is awesome at this location!! I was greeted on the phone with a positive and upbeat male who asked me how I was doing today. I needed a reservation on the day that I actually called the location on 26th & Michigan Ave & to my surprise there were available rentals. I was able to make my reservation & when I arrived an hour later, I was greeted by the branch manger with a smile & and hand shake! I explained to the staff that I almost didn't choose their location because of a bad review, but I am so glad that I did!!! Their service is outstanding and I will be using this location for all of my future rentals with Enterprise. The refuel rate is better than the gas prices anywhere in the city... If you don't believe me... give them a call!!!
