Overall my experience with Dream Town was great. My broker was always available and truly understood the Chicago real estate market. She was able to quickly & accurately assess my needs & match them with quality housing stock. In this case condos. I have to admit I am a discerning buyer not willing to settle for less than high quality & value. Coming from Manhattan I was expecting both & very good value for my dollar. Marilyn understood this and made efficient use of my time. In the end it became easy to choose. I highly recommend Dream Town & Marilyn Bloom.

I am true fan of Paul Solitro from Dream Town Realty! I need to start this review saying that since I am a foreigner my knowledge about real state and buying a property in USA was almost zero at the time I began the search for a place to live. My wife and I worked with Paul Solitro and he was extremely knowledgable of the Lincoln Park/Lake View neighborhood. We started out not knowing exactly where we wanted to be and what kind of condo we wanted. Paul was very patient and showed us countless properties. We now have a beautiful "duplex down" just north of Wrigley Field and are very happy in our new home.
