One of the BEST dental services I have ever been to. UNFORTUNATELY the office staff leaves much to be desired. Over the years this office has gained popularity, and with that, problems.The last year and a half I have had more billing and insurance issues that I should have had to deal with. Three of the four referrals I have given are already looking for other providers because of the same or similar problems. I have already found a new dentist.Hopefully I will have better luck with the staff and avoid persistent coding errors and billing mistakes.I do however recommend the services of Rich Di Verde. He is a Competant, Skilled, professional that has an educated and tested bedside manner. He is more than a dentist, he is a friend.Too bad he has the front office staff he does.
