Chief O'Neill's Pub is an Irish bar and restaurant located in Chicago. It was founded in 1999 by Ireland musicians Brendan and Siobhan McKinney. The restaurant also features private rooms and a banquet facility with garden area. Chief O'Neill's Pub organizes special events and private parties for up to 300 people. It hosts various birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, communions, and bridal and baby showers. The restaurant specializes in a variety of appetizers, desserts, entrees, salads and sandwiches. Chief O'Neill's Pub serves heirloom tomato bruschetta, curry chips, golden-fried Atlantic calamari, Guinness steak crostini, Irish potato skins and Buffalo-style chicken wings.
