Horrible experience. In submitting a life insurance application with Ann Todisco, things were going well until Prudential's underwriters denied my application for life insurance. Heres a direct quote from Prudentials Denise Holmgren (Vice President, Underwriting): Its important that you understand your rights concerning our decision. You are entitled to know the specific information we used and the source of that information. You may see and obtain copies of any documents we used to make our decision. For 60 business days they have been withholding that information from me. So do I not actually have these rights? Or is Prudential breaking a law? All promises of following timelines and being contacted have been broken. There is something very, very wrong here. So to Ann Todisco and Denise Holmgren, you know where to find me if you want to sort this out.
