Omg. They have the worst customer service. I called in to get a quote and she transferred me to another agent who was not the proper department. He then states well they are closed and to call back tomorrow. And that she was the right and he don't know why she transferred the call. They show no empathy regarding helping you with a concern or issue. I understand that that coat are very cheap but I swear it ain't worth it unless you have no other choice.
