Can't say much about their service since we never got that far. I called at 8 am to find out what time they open and/or leave a message asking for a return call. Someone picked up the phone and immediately said "Call back when we open at 10!". Nice customer service!!! If that's how they answer the phone I can't even imagine how they would treat you when they are working on your equipment. I wouldn't waste your time unless you enjoy being treated poorly.
