Completely awful place. The management staff is the worst of it. Way too expensive, you can find a way cheaper place with a much nicer staff.

1237 West is a great place to live if you're a student in Chicago. They offer housing to any student currently enrolled full-time at a local college regardless of age or class standing. There are freshmen, juniors, sophomores, seniors, and grad students all living in different areas of the building. The units are fully furnished and rent is all-inclusive. Plus, you live 10 minutes away from class. How can you beat that?The management are super nice and really good at responding to maintenance issues and apartment concerns. The views are gorgeous. It's a great place to meet people your own age and for the location, you can't beat the price. I'm so glad I decided to live there.
