      What a joke...

      Westgate was our first apartment as a married couple and at first we were pleased... Then we met the property manager. Tonya is rude and has no respect for people. The first 2 years we lived here we had very little contact with her because of our work schedules. Then our schedules changed and running into Tonya was inevitable. She was condescending when I would take the check for rent up, rude when I had to take paperwork up. There was one instance she even yelled at me for calling twice and not leaving a message because I had a question about one of the letters they stuck in our door. When I took the paperwork up, she told her office assistant to sit back down and I could come back tomorrow. Im so thankful for her office assistant. She's truly a lifesaver. She took care of my paperwork after Tonya left the office for the day. If it was just the OA the staff would receive 5 stars but because of Tonya it's just a two. The apartment itself isn't bad. We were promised new carpet and linoleum before we moved in but it never happened. It stays comfortable during the winter. The summer months are hard since the AC is an old wall unit and it costs an arm and a leg to run. The maintenance guys are helpful. We've never had to wait for something to be fixed. Overall... I'd never recommend this place for anyone...
