This is the most friendly, knowledgeable, professional offices I've ever been to. It's an easy office to get to and I appreciate their eye care very much.

I have been more than happy with the level of care offered here and the friendly staff. They are great people who really know what they are doing.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We also love Dr. Dan. He is awesome and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the optical field.

Awesome office. Dr. Dan is great and very attentive to his patients. Also a shout out to Michelle and Mary who are very welcoming and nice every time I visit.

I love Dr Dan! He cares so much about his patients. I have been going to the office for over 16 years and both of my children see him. He does such a great job with everyone.

Every time I come here (and pay cash) the price is different! And I have the same exam and get the same contact lenses. When I ask about this, the front desk is terribly rude!! They can't give me a straight quote over the phone apparently, bcuz when I show up the price is different. The front office is terrible, I only return because Dr.Perala is a wonderful person and does a great job. But his techs and front office need to go! Rude

After speaking with a very rude customer service guy on the phone, we've decided to take our business elsewhere. This isn't the first time we've had issues like this with them either. The prices aren't that great at A New Concept Optical and the fact that the customer service was so bad, I'd rather not return. Do local businesses not understand that for every 1 customer that has a bad experience with their company, that one customer will on average tell 10 friends and family? Do they not understand that they can't be rude and win in this economy? There are enough optical places here in Cheyenne that we can afford to go elsewhere. I will NOT recommend A New Concept Optical.
