The second time I went, my son had growth on inside of his cheek. The doctor proceeded to tell me she has never seen anything like this it needed to be removed and biopsied and she would call me later that day which was on a Thursday to tell me where to bring him. I went home and waited. No call Thursday! I waited Friday till an hour before they closed, NO CALL. I tried to call them no answer. I drove up there. They had no clue what was going on they would have to call me on Monday. I decided to wait things do sometimes get messed up in healthcare. NO CALL ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY!!!!!!!! I call them on Friday they were still clueless as to what was going on. The lady who answered phone said she would have the head nurse call me in a little bit. I couldn't help it I started laughing, I told her that was fine not to worry about it I would find somewhere else for my child to go. It is supposed to be doctor's office they are not concerned with your child's health.

My daughter became very sick. I took her to Alph Family Medicine from a referral. I am very impressed with the care. The NP took her time and was very thorough and discovered what was wrong. They office is caring and take their time with each patient. I highly recommend this office.

Very friendly caring staff - I have received excellent care from everyone in the office.
