* Technically the expertise is there but the Doctor's have very poor customer service.
* Extremely long waits (early in the morning even!) and clearly the doctors do not care about you!
* All they want is to sell you a frame.
* I have been a long time customer and I can attest that their service has gone way down in the last seven years.
* They do have a cool digital imaging of your eye.
* These other reviews are very fishy indeed!

Saw all the stars, was going to call for appointment- then realized these are scam reviews- obviously posted by the clinic itself. Doesn't mean they can't be be true, just would like to know what the actual patients have to say
