Took my laptop in to be fixed for a broken screen. Got it back and the software was broken with the blue screen of death happening all the time. The thing is I used it for a month before taking it to him by hooking it up to my TV with an HDMI cable. I get it back from him and it was messed up. Tried a recovery USB drive from Dell and that didn't even fix it. Called him up and he pretty much said not my problem. Listen to the other bad reviews this guy is not good.

Last time I went to B&B to have an extra HD installed, I also had attached a list of several other issues I needed fixed. It took then SO long to get to my comp that, when I finally got it back, I didn't care about the extra issues (which they still didn't get to nor care about). Now, I find myself seeking another guru to finish their job (permanently). I didn't even get my list back. Anyone who insists in installing "Nero" can't be that smart. They don't even have the integrity to post an e-mail addy. Their boast that they are "The best in town" only tells me they are not; I'll find better (I always do).

Giving consumers the same answer as far back as 2007 that I can find. Just one or two more days. Problem is, it's the same answer no matter how often you check. They really need a sign at the door, or the counter stating while we strive for timely service most of our services will take 3-4 weeks. And don't expect any calls or updates from them as you will never hear a word until they are ready to be payed. Seems a company averaging a million dollar a year income could offer better customer service. They get one star for the man being very pleasant when the computer was dropped off
