Established in 1922, Gillespie Precast LLC serves the mid-Atlantic market regions with ready mix concrete, concrete products, and precast products and aggregate products, such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, landscaping and paving systems. The newly developed modern 40,000 sq. ft. plant facility of the company features computer-based truck loading/weighing, in-house testing laboratory for materials, on-site system to reclaim unused aggregate, facility equipment repair shop and facility vehicle maintenance shop. The firm is Maryland and Delaware State Highway certified to produce precast structures, having met the requirements of the National Precast Concrete Association Plant Certification Quality Control program. Gillespie Precast LLC also has active membership with National Precast Concrete Association, Delaware Utility and Transportation Contractors Association, Delaware Contractors Association, Maryland Highway Contractors Association.
