This was my first time there. I was super excited because I use the Aveda products and I wanted to try one of the salons. I was not disappointed. I got Lacey and she was fantastic, she knew exactly how to cut my hair and style it, she gave me further education on the Aveda products I already use and suggestions for other products. I could not be more happy. Next I will try the Aveda color.

The service and outcome at the salon was fantastic! Everyone was telling me I had to have a test hair style and makeup run prior to the wedding. The destination was a bit of a drive for me, so I really didnt have time and had to trust the women at Flow Hair Salon would do a fantastic job on the day of. My mother, mother in law, and I showed up with a few images and they were able to do the hair and makeup pretty darn close to the sample images! They were right on time taking about an hour a piece for each person, which relieved some stress on me. We also brought some wine and cheese for the occasion which added some fun to the event! It was a very memorable experience and I was glad to have trusted them.

I went to Flow because I kept hearing so much about it. Besides the fact that I can get aveda products, it was ok. J did my hair and I was happy enough but nothing about it really wowed me.

Jay is great. I am a paranoid person when it comes to getting my hair cut. When I sat down the first time she asked me what do I do with my hair! Wow, no one had ever asked me that before. She's very understanding, does great with long and short hair, and is a great colorist. She is worth it. It's so hard to trust someone with your precious locks, but I trust her.
