Westchester Public Library is one of Indiana s 238 public library districts created under the Public Library of 1947. It serves the residents and property taxpayers in the towns of Chesterton, Porter, Burns Harbor and Dune Acres. The library has a huge collection of books, magazines, records, toys, puzzles and audiovisual materials. Westchester Public Library offers a range of services for children, teenagers, youths, adults and senior citizens.
