Had the worst experience with Bennett's storage units! They give incorrect information out about their units. Even though their website and their employees say you can access your unit 24/7 that simply is not the truth. Only certain units are made available for the 24/7 access. Employees are extremely rude and difficult to have a conversation with. Very unprofessional and not worth it. Save your time and breathe at a different facility...trust me you'll thank me later

I am VERY satisfied with this storage facility. I asked the gal in the office about Jim s experience and was told he was totally reimbursed for the empty boxes he had stored. Really? He made a big deal about EMPTY boxes? I feel they were up front with me and I trust them completely. She explained to me to place my belongings on the pallets they provide, to keep the condensation on the concrete from ruining my stuff. She also told me to put a tarp or plastic over my stuff to keep the dust off. They provided me with a lock and key. I am so glad I went there. These people seem to be up front with their customers. Can t wait for the 1050 North facility to open so I can get a unit with temperature control.

They provided wooden pallets for the floor so my furniture didn't have to sit on the concrete.

They charge a deposit, not a move in fee, so I got it back after I emptied my unit.

GREAT Place!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about storing. Easy access from major highways. I rented a 10x20 and am very pleased with it. They provide the lock so I didn't have to buy one.
