We provide a one-call solution to handling projects pertaining to Property Damage / Remodeling / Insurance Claims / and Additions. Our 24 hour emergency service is ready to respond to any critical need that may arise (i.e. Fire damage, Water damage, Plumbing, Electrical, Tree removal, Carpentry, etc.) Heartwood Rebuilding Services draws from over 25 years of experience directly related to repairing / renovating all types of existing structures. Our craftsmen perform their trades on dwelling both new and old. As a preferred insurance contractor, we not only serve to rebuild your damaged property, but also handle the tedious paperwork shuffle associated with an insurance claim (engineer reports, itemized repair estimates, etc.) Fortunately, Heartwood Rebuilding Services enjoys a good working relationship with the insurance companies in our service area. The Heartwwod agreement for performance says " all work shall be done in accordance with Home Owner Warranty Corporation approved standards and shall comply with local building requirements". The Home Owner Warranty Corp went bankrupt / in receivership in 1994 according to Virginia SCC.
