I won a speaker tower just loved. it started smoking end of story

very unhappy with this company. i won a budlight speaker tower from schnucks in a raffle that had contact info for tera enterprises on it. the speaker tower had issues of not playing ipod music very good so i contacted both schnucks and tera enterprises. schnucks gave me the info i needed and told me to contact tera enterprises. so i contacted them. they took my number and i have never heard back from them. so now i have a faulty budlight tower which was brand new that doesnt work right. all i can say is that tera enterprises has poor customer service and they dont back their product.
