Our group of 11 individuals arrived at this facility around 10:10 pm on Thursday February 5th. We knew that the facility would be closing around 11 pm, however, as we checked in the staff assured us that we would be able to get one game in. After the 7th frame, beginning on the 8th, the entire bowling alley shut down. We were not the only ones left, with around 30-40 people still bowling. We had received a bar closing announcement 20 minutes before, however, were unaware of the impending time and the closure of the bowling alley. Nobody had heard an announcement about closing time. It is hard to believe that the bowling alley would just shut down. Myself, along with a few of my friends and many other customers approached the counter in order to find out why the entire bowling alley had been shut off without warning. It is important to note that no true "manager" was there to take our concerns. According to one employee, Brad (a manager) would be there the next day. When asking why they had shut down without warning, the only reason they gave us was that it was "programmed" and that they couldn't do anything about it. They said that there would be no refunds and that they had no power to turn it back on. With only 3 frames left, the entire bowling alley was under the impression they would let us finish out our games. The employees were very unfriendly and did not seem to value the customers opinions. One employee proceeded to grab free bowling coupons and silently stamped them, like it was an inconvenience to them that we were still there. They seemed clueless about the process of closing the bowling alley and were very unaccommodating to the customers that were there. One customer even mentioned that he has been coming there for a long time and this has never happened before. Unfortunately, this lack of customer friendly service rubbed me the wrong way. I will no longer be coming to Brunswick to bowl, as will all the individuals there last night.

We took the kids here for their first time bowling and it was a good experience. It was pretty clean and they had a great but expensive arcade that was a lot of fun after we finished bowling. I would recommend it for families.
